Our journey starts with a complimentary 30-minute consultation, where we get to know each other, discuss your ideal destination, outline your must-haves for the trip, and establish your travel dates. SCHEDULE NOW
Trip Planning and Approval
Following our consultation, I'll provide a detailed summary of our discussion for you approval before starting the trip planning process. This step includes a planning fee, which covers my time researching to craft your travel experience to perfection and managing your reservations before and during travel. (The fee varies depending on the complexity of your trip.)
Crafting Your Custom Trip
Once the engagement fee is paid, I'll begin crafting your trip. Within two weeks, you'll receive a detailed proposal along with a personalized video from me, highlighting the key details of your itinerary.
Booking and Confirmation
Once the itinerary is finalized, I handle all bookings and provide you with detailed travel documents. Additionally, three to four months before your departure, I will send you an email to confirm the tours and activities you'd like to reserve. You can relax knowing everything is taken care of.
Pre-Travel Preparation
Before your trip, I'll provide helpful tips, packing lists, and final confirmations to ensure you're ready for a stress-free journey. One to two months before your departure, I will reach out via email to discuss dining arrangements you may want.
Enjoy Your Trip
At two weeks prior to departure, you'll receive your departure email in your inbox, which will include instructions for the travel app and your final travel documents. At this point, all preparations are complete. Relax and enjoy your adventure, knowing I'm available to assist with any unexpected needs or changes during your travels.
